Lay in the hot tub and watch the stars and outdoor lanterns filtering through the palms! The perfect private place to hang out and enjoy a relaxing break :)

Yard, firepit and deck area
BBQ, outdoor dining table and sunbeds. The deck is fully enclosed with curtains for your comfort and privacy.
Fire pit and bench seating. Firewood and fire-starting equipment are provided.
Lay back at night and enjoy watching the fire pit from the brand new outdoor spa (hot tub), in this incredibly private oasis.
Cinema Room which doubles as the second bedroom. 2 x long single electric beds combine into a luxurious king sized bed.
75" digital TV with JBL SB350 cinema surround sound and subwoofer, providing a memorable movie experience. Netflix is included.
The Cinema Room also doubles as a second bedroom with ensuite.
Room includes dimmable fan light, reverse-cycle air conditioning on remote control, block-out curtains, hanging wardrobe and drawer space.
Both sides of the bed have USB chargers and power points. The remote controls for each of the electric beds are located just above the side tables.
Both bedrooms have same-sized ensuites with toilet, sink and shower. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
Living area with digital TV (connected to Netflix). Fully dimmable lighting and block-out curtains.
Open plan kitchen & lounge area including fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cooking equipment and filtered water.
Nespresso coffee machine with starter pods provided, instant coffee, tea and sugar. We also provide a bread maker and ingredients should you wish to make your own fresh bread!
Main bedroom includes dimmable fan light, reverse cycle air conditioning on remote control, block-out curtains, hanging wardrobe and drawer space. There is also an ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
Both sides of the bed have USB chargers and power points for your convenience.
Deck area - the sheer curtains and blockout curtains on each end can be drawn all the way around.
Our brand new hot tub has the option to turn off and on the water jets and lights. The temperature is regulated to 34-37 degrees celsius in winter and less in summer. There is also a hot outdoor shower for your convenience.

Outdoor hanging chair so you can snuggle up, read a book or have some quiet time. Also comes with its very own selfie shelf to take some holiday snaps!

Private entry path down the side of our house.
Entry from the street down the side of our house. You can permanently park up to two cars (in tandem) in the driveway. There is also ample free street parking available.
